History:
Enders Racing has been around since Dad Gregg Enders started racing
competitively on dirt bikes in Arizona in the late 1960's. After decades of Motocross, Off Road Racing (SCORE), Dirt Track Stock Car Racing, Mud
Bogging, ADBA Drag Boat Racing, AWSA Water Skiing, ATV Racing, and finally Drag Racing, The Junior Drag Racing League came along and the family formed
Enders Racing LLC in 1992.
The family successfully campaigned NHRA Junior Dragsters until Erica and
Courtney were no longer young enough to race. Over 60 wins later (37 EE, 24 CE) they moved up to the Super classes in the Lucas Oil Sportsman Series
(Formerly Federal Mogul) where Erica had some great success with Tommy Costales as the engine builder and Crew Chief and David Byers as the Team
Manager and Head Everything. Courtney briefly drove the Glenn Johnson owned S/ST Camaro and licensed in Super Comp Dragster.
At the O'Reilly
Nationals in Houston (2004) Erica won the Super Gas class against
best buddy Jonathan Johnson in the final. A surprising call from Bob
Frey resulted in a meeting with Victor Cagnazzi. A partnership was
formed during the first meeting with Victor and Cagnazzi Racing for
Erica to become an NHRA Pro Stock Driver.
Victor took over full responsibility of the race operations
and Enders Racing scaled back to responsibility for the initial
marketing, media, merchandise and promotions. Slammers Ultimate Milk
was secured as the primary sponsor of the team and legendary early
results were achieved on and off the track in 2005 and the first
half of 2006 when EE was as high as 3rd in the world for Pro Stock.

Vic had thoughts of getting out of the front office aspects
of the business to concentrate on the engineering, development and
race operations while they attempted to merge the two companies.
Despite excellent personal relationships between Vic, Gregg and
Erica a deal for the Enders to own her own operation could not be
accomplished and still allow Vic to accomplish his objectives.
The partnership was
dissolved although the families remain friends and cordial
competitors.
Erica and the team temporarily moved to the Don Schumacher Racing
team and raced under his umbrella while Don and Gregg formulated a
plan to sell the "Red Team" to Enders Racing, LLC so that the dream
could be realized. That deal was consummated at the US Nationals in
2006 and Enders Racing LLC became a Pro Stock team owned by the
family members and the Board of Directors. The team signed a 4 race
deal with Revive-USA an energy drink manufacturer with a subsequent
agreement to have Revive on the car as the Primary Sponsor for 3
more years. It was quickly learned that Revive was competitive to
the NHRA series sponsor PowerAde and out of loyalty and good
business judgment; the team discontinued its partnership with Revive
and went out on its own without primary sponsorship. Although there
are several likely prospects Enders Racing continues to fund itself
while searching for the primary sponsor.
